This workshop might be for you.
Join Bo Fleming, a Certified Yoga Therapist for a 75-minute workshop to support your lifestyle as a desk worker, help you slow down, address tech neck tension and feel more focused during your workdays.
What you can expect:
- Tips to ground in the present moment when you find yourself zoning out
- Gentle guidance through breath and movement practices
- Breathing exercises to use during meetings when your feelings overwhelm you
- 5 minute movement practices to sprinkle throughout your day
