In this fun, interactive class, preschoolers will get up close with live invertebrates while learning about the creatures they encounter in their own outdoor spaces. Through hands-on activities, children will discover different species, habitats and behaviors while building curiosity and appreciation for nature.
Best for children ages 3 through first grade. This program will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration required.

En esta clase divertida e interactiva, los niños de preescolar podrán ver de cerca a invertebrados vivos al tiempo que aprenden sobre otros animales que se encuentran en sus espacios al aire libre. Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
