¡Prepárate para moverte! En este taller divertido de movimiento y baile, los niños y sus cuidadores pueden estirarse, moverse, practicar su equilibrio, girar y jugar juntos.

A través de la música, juegos y movimiento creativo, las familias explorarán cómo los movimientos físicos sustentan el crecimiento del cerebro, de un cuerpo saludable y la conexión social temprana.

Recomendado para edades de 0 a 5 años con un padre o cuidador. Este programa es en español e inglés. El espacio es limitado; se requiere inscripción.

Get ready to move! In this joyful movement and dance workshop children and families will stretch, wiggle, balance, twirl, and move to support their growing brains and bodies. Expand your knowledge on how movement helps grow our brains, bodies, and our social connections in early childhood- all through fun and uplifting games, music, and movement!

Recommended for ages 0 - 5 with a parent or caregiver. This program is hosted in Spanish and English. Space is limited; registration required.
