Anythink TCC’s Teen Advisory Board is here!
If you’re ages 12–18 (or in at least 6th grade) and want a chance to volunteer, make an impact and help shape the library, this is the place for you. Meet new friends, build leadership skills, practice public speaking and help design programs you want to see—plus enjoy snacks and a fun, welcoming space. TAB meets the first and third Mondays of the month. Questions? Email Teen Guide Kyra at kisbell@anythinklibraries.org. Appropriate for ages 12-18 (or at least be in 6th grade). This program will be hosted in English. Registration not required.
¡El Consejo Asesor Juvenil TCC de Anythink ya está en funcionamiento! Si tienes entre 12 y 18 años (o cursas por lo menos 6to. grado) y quieres tener la oportunidad de ser voluntario, tener impacto y ayudar a diseñar la biblioteca, este lugar es para ti. Conoce nuevos amigos, mejora tus habilidades de liderazgo, practica hablar en público y ayuda a diseñar programas que quieres ver, además de disfrutar de bocadillos y de un ambiente divertido y acogedor. Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
