A través de la música, juegos y movimiento creativo, las familias explorarán cómo los movimientos físicos sustentan el crecimiento del cerebro, de un cuerpo saludable y la conexión social temprana.
Recomendado para edades de 0 a 5 años con un padre o cuidador. Este programa se presentará en español.

Get ready to move! In this joyful movement and dance workshop, children and caregivers will stretch, wiggle, balance, twirl and play together. Through music, games and creative movement, families will explore how physical movement supports growing brains, healthy bodies and early social connections.
Recommended for ages 0 - 5 with a parent or caregiver. This program will be hosted in Spanish.
Space is limited; registration required. Register each child who will be participating in the program (adults don't need to register).
