In this fun, interactive class, preschoolers will get up close with live invertebrates while learning about the creatures they encounter in their own outdoor spaces. Through hands-on activities, children will discover different species, habitats and behaviors while building curiosity and appreciation for nature.
Best for children ages 3 through first grade. This program will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration required. Please register each individual child who will participate.

En esta clase divertida e interactiva, los niños de preescolar podrán ver de cerca a invertebrados vivos al tiempo que aprenden sobre otros animales que se encuentran en sus espacios al aire libre. Con actividades prácticas, los niños descubrirán diferentes especies, hábitats y comportamientos, a tiempo que desarrollan su curiosidad y apreciación por la naturaleza.

This LEED Gold-certified flagship branch welcomes the community to gather, grow, and imagine — both inside its vibrant spaces and in the flourishing pollinator and community gardens just outside its doors.
The Studio at Anythink Wright Farms, a digital creation lab featuring state-of-the-art video, audio and design equipment and software, partners creative community members with teens to help push their creativity to new bounds. Adjacent to the building is a one-acre park made possible by the Wright Farms Metro District that includes outdoor seating, reading nooks and Explore Outdoors, a certified Nature Explore children’s outdoor classroom. Continuing its dedication to sustainability, Anythink Wright Farms is a Gold LEED certified building with many sustainable features, including use of recycled materials, daylight harvesting and ground source heating and cooling.
