First, we will talk about how to choose a boundary - whether it is loose, strict, or balanced. Then, we will discuss and practice communication skills to help you ask for what you want, navigate challenging conversations, and enhance respect in your relationships. This workshop is appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults.
Appropriate for adults. Registration recommended but not required. This workshop will be facilitated in English.
