Get ready for your best Renaissance Festival season yet!
In this series, The Studio will guide you through designing and building a full outfit from start to finish—perfect for Colorado’s Renaissance Festival in June.
In this first class, it’s all about character creation.
Are you imagining yourself as a bog witch?
A regal member of the court?
Something entirely your own?
We’ll explore design elements, sketch ideas and begin shaping your Renaissance Festival look so you’re ready to bring it to life in the sessions ahead.
Appropriate for teens and adults.
This program will be hosted in English; interpretation is available upon request.
Space is limited; registration required.
You do not need to attend every Medieval Mode session, but the March classes lay the foundation for your outfit. April and May sessions offer flexibility, so you can join based on your project needs and interests.
If you’d like extra support at any point, you’re welcome to book an appointment at either Studio location or drop in during a Studio Social at the Thornton Community Center.
