Looking for Spring Break fun? Join us for the Anythink World Fortnite Tournament, a chaotic Capture the Flag showdown on two custom Anythink creative maps.
Whether you’re the runner making a mad dash for the enemy base or the defender protecting your flag with your life, this event is all about teamwork and laughs. Grab your squad, get in the map, and let the chaos begin!
Dates & Times:
• 12-2 p.m. Monday, March 23: In person at Anythink Huron Street
• 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 24: In person at Anythink Brighton
• 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, March 25: In person at Anythink Wright Farms
Format: Capture the Flag, 3 versus 3, best out of 3 matches. Double elimination (meaning teams can play through the loser's bracket). Brackets will be drawn at the start of the tournament.
Prize: Each person on 1st-place team will receive $30 Fortnite gift card and 2nd place will $15 per team member.
Rules & Regulations:
All players must be between ages 11 and 17.
Teams must be composed of three (3) individual players.
Players must abide by Epic's Community Rules (no cheating, glitch-exploitation, griefing, impersonation, etc)
Teams must not tailor match results via collusion (intentionally losing). Doing so violates the spirit of the competition and may result in disqualification.
Substitutions: Once the tournament begins (after registration and check-in), no substitutions or team changes are permitted unless approved by the Tournament Organizer for extraordinary reasons.
Account/Device Restriction: Players must use the provided laptops and Epic accounts from Anythink Libraries to play. Players are allowed to bring controllers to plug in if desired. Otherwise, the standard mouse and keyboard are available.
Disconnections: If a payer disconnects due to technical failure, the Anythink World team will determine if a pause or redo is needed.
Code of Conduct: All participants must treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination will not be tolerated.
The Anythink World team reserves the right to update or clarify rules prior to tournament start so long as teams acknowledge the updates. By registering, teams and players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these rules, as well as any additional instructions from the Anythink World team.
