Gain speaking confidence with the Denver Center of Performing Arts! This workshop is designed for all levels of presenters seeking to elevate their public speaking presence.
This course uses theatre-based techniques to cultivate authenticity, vocal strength, composure and resonance. Participants will explore how actors build intention and connection, applying these methods to their own speaking style. This class will focus on core techniques and mindsets to enhance preparation and develop useful tools for your next presentation. Connect with your breath and positive energy to help you bring presence and poise to this work.

Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
