Nature Library Art & Science LabJoin clinical herbalist Liz Faermark to learn about the history, lore and benefits of fire cider.
Fire cider is a traditional tonic that's made with vinegar and a variety of immune-supportive herbs and foods. Making fire cider is a traditional way to prepare for the transition from the warm days of late summer, to the more quiet and inward times of autumn and winter. Using a variety of veggies and herbs, you'll create your own fire cider for immune and digestive support.
Appropriate for adults. This program will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration required. Visit our online calendar to sign up today.
