Cue the spotlight! Theater Tuesday is a monthly program for theater lovers of all kinds.
Each session features a different theater-related activity, from watching and discussing plays and musicals to acting out scenes, writing one-act scripts, learning about theater history or jumping into chaotic theater games with the group. Actors, techies, writers, stage managers, musical superfans and theater-curious newcomers are all welcome. Come connect with fellow theater kids, try something new and celebrate all things stage and storytelling in a fun, low-pressure environment. Appropriate for ages 10-18. This program will be hosted in English. Registration not required.
¡Dirige el reflector! El martes de teatro es un programa mensual para amantes del teatro de todo tipo. Casa sesión incluye una actividad diferente relacionada con el teatro, desde mirar y discutir obras y musicales, hasta representar escenas, escribir guiones de un solo acto, aprender sobre la historia del teatro o participar en caóticos juegos de teatro con el grupo. Los actores, aficionados a la tecnología, escritores, administradores de escenarios, entusiastas de los musicales y principiantes en su interés por el teatro, son todos bienvenidos. Ven a conectarte con otros chicos de teatro, prueba algo nuevo y celebra todas las cosas relacionadas con el escenario y la narración en un ambiente divertido y de poca presión. Apropiado para edades de 10 a 18 años. Este programa es en inglés. No se requiere inscripción.

Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
