Find Your Voice: Shape Your Sound

Ever wonder why some voices sound so open and clear while others feel stuck or muffled? It often comes down to something simple: the shape of your mouth. In this hands-on class, we'll explore how small shifts in your mouth shape can transform your sound, giving you more clarity, ease and control when you sing. This class is perfect for beginners through advanced singers. Let's learn something new together!

Find Your Voice: Sing It Forward

Some voices seem to fill a room without even trying, and the secret isn't more power, it's direction. In this hands-on class, we'll explore "thinking forward," a simple shift in how you project your voice that makes singing feel lighter, easier and shows you that you have more voice than you realized!

Bio:
Roddy Hayes is an Atlanta-based blues and soul vocalist with over 20 years of vocal experience. He trained under Berklee alumni and coaches with decades of opera and jazz experience. Roddy specializes in beginner vocal lessons, and loves nothing more than helping someone discover what their voice can do. Roddy teaches because he knows what it feels like to finally have your voice click, and he wants that moment for every student he works with. Roddy’s approach is patient, encouraging and built around meeting you exactly where you are with the music you love.
