Come watch storyteller Denise Gard and her two famous border collies Joey and Kira as they creatively bring stories to life.

In this medieval tale full of dog tricks, can Joey and Kira work together to find a mother dragon’s missing egg or will they become dragon bait? Joey and Kira might need your help to rescue the dragon’s egg and save the kingdom! Appropriate for children, tweens, and families. Space is limited; registration required.

About the branch

Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
