Create planetary topography with an augmented reality sandbox, and explore the mountains and valleys of Martian landscape replica. Using diffraction glasses, gas spectrum tubes and incandescent light, learn about emitted energy and the nature of color. Weather dependent, participants may safely observe the sun with solar telescopes, spectrometers and sun spotters - possibly discovering sunspots! Appropriate for all ages. No advanced registration necessary.
