Adams County’s Diabetes Education and Management Program certified specialists will guide people living with diabetes, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to make healthier life choices to manage their diabetes and other conditions. By taking steps now, you can control your blood sugar and prevent or delay diabetes symptoms.
Appropriate for adults. Registration is required. Program will be offered in English.
