Thornton Community Center Programming GarageLearn the essential skills to make small repairs and extend the life of your clothing in this interactive, beginner's hand sewing class.
You’ll be guided through the basics of hand sewing including threading needles, simple beginner stitches, and easy-to-follow repairs. From loose buttons, to hems that need fixed, to tears that require mending, come learn a variety of quick and easy repair techniques.
Appropriate for adults. Space is limited; registration required.

About the branch
Anythink Thornton Community Center is our newest library branch. Partnering with the City of Thornton, Anythink has a 8,000-square-foot library within the community center. The library features the classic Anythink reading fireplace, study rooms, teen space, and children’s space plus a new complete Studio makerspace.
