Bring your cyanotype fabric pieces to life with artist-in-residence Eileen Roscina.
Embellish your hanging sky seed sculpture using seeds, mirrors, ribbons, pom poms and pressed flowers. Add a secret message to your sculpture of what you hope to grow in your future. These sculptures will be on display as part of the 2022 BMoCA at Anythink Fall Artist Showcase. This is the second workshop in a two-part series. Appropriate for all ages; children under age 14 should be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited; registration required.
Dele vida a sus piezas de cianotipia sobre tela con la artista en residencia Eileen Roscina. Decore su escultura colgante de “semilla de cielo” con semillas, espejos, cintas, pompones y flores prensadas. Agregue un mensaje secreto a su escultura de lo que espera cultivar en su futuro. Estas esculturas se exhibirán como parte de la Muestra artística de otoño del Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Boulder (BMoCA) en Anythink de 2022. Este es el segundo taller de una serie de dos partes. About the branch
In the heart of downtown Brighton, Anythink Brighton blends bold design with a deep commitment to sustainability as the nation’s first carbon-negative library. Opened in 2009, this LEED Gold-certified library branch marked a new chapter in the Anythink story as the first Anythink library. More recently, it found its way into the streets of Anythink World, where Brighton’s spirit continues to inspire new adventures.
