Get ready for your best Renaissance Festival season yet!
The Studio at Anythink Wright Farms -
Get ready for your best Renaissance Festival season yet!
In this first session of the Medieval Mode series, you’ll design your festival character from the ground up. The first class is all about character design: Are you imagining a bog witch, a royal courtier or something completely original? We’ll walk through design principles, develop your vision and begin planning your Renaissance Festival outfit.
Appropriate for teens and adults. This program will be hosted in English, interpretation available upon request. Space is limited; registration required.
You do not need to attend every session, but the March classes lay the foundation of your outfit. April and May sessions offer flexible workshops tailored to your project needs. For additional support, you’re welcome to book an appointment at either Studio location or drop into The Studio Social at the Thornton Community Center.
¡Prepárate para tu mejor temporada del Festival del Renacimiento! En esta primera sesión de Modo medieval, diseñarás tu personaje para el festival desde el principio. La primera clase trata de la creación del personaje: ¿Te imaginas como una bruja, hechicero, cortesano o algo completamente original? Revisaremos los principios de diseño, desarrollaremos tu visión y empezaremos a planear tu atuendo para el Festival del Renacimiento.
Apropiado para adolescentes y adultos. Este programa es en inglés, con interpretación en español bajo solicitud. El espacio es limitado; se requiere inscripción.
No es necesario que asistas a todas las sesiones, pero en las clases de marzo haremos el diseño de los atuendos. La asistencia a las sesiones de abril y mayo es más flexible, de acuerdo a la necesidad de tu proyecto.
