Join us for our third adult storytelling session. Chef Andrea Condes (Murdoch), founder of Four Directions Cuisine, will share a very special dish and stories.
Learn how to make Chef Andrea’s version of Andean quinoa porridge from her demonstration. She’ll also discuss the etymology and importance of the dish’s ingredients. “Food has been my greatest educator in reclaiming my culture and I love being able to share that with others,” explains Chef Andrea. This dish and its components are free from all eight major allergens (soy, fish, shellfish, milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts). Continue to be delighted and immersed in the story while artist M. J. Star Art creates an art piece based on the dish. Appropriate for adults and teens. Space is limited; registration required. Please visit our online calendar to register.
