Bring a new stuffie to life during this magical morning of stories, songs, and summer fun.

At this special picnic, each child will stuff their own teddy bear, filling it with fluff, love, and well wishes. Then, settle in with your new pal for a cozy picnic with tasty treats, fun stories, and playful activities.

When the picnic is done, your teddy gets to stay behind for a special library sleepover with all the other newborn bears. Come back the next day to pick up your bear, hear all about their after-hours adventures, and see fun photo memories from their night in the library! What memories will your bear create after hours in library land?

Appropriate for ages 2 and older. Each registered child will receive one stuffed teddy bear to create. Space is limited; registration required. Please register each individual child who will participate.

Da vida a un nuevo peluche en esta mañana mágica de cuentos, canciones y diversión de verano. En este picnic especial cada niño va a rellenar un oso de peluche con pelusa, amor y buenos deseos. Después, disfruta con tu nuevo amigo de un picnic acogedor con bocadillos deliciosos, cuentos divertidos y actividades alegres.
 
Cuando se termine el picnic, tu oso de peluche se va a quedar en la biblioteca para una pijamada con los otros osos de peluche recién creados. Ven al día siguiente a recoger tu oso, escuchar todas sus aventuras en la noche ¡y ver fotos de recuerdo de su noche en la biblioteca! ¿Qué va a crear tu oso en la noche en la tierra de la biblioteca para recordar?
 
Apropiado para edades de 2 años y mayores. Cada niño inscrito recibirá un oso de peluche para crear. El espacio es limitado; se requiere inscripción. Inscribe a cada niño que participará en el programa.

About the branch

The fully renovated Anythink Perl Mack serves the North Denver community with a variety of spaces and programs for all ages. This sustainable facility includes a children’s pavilion, teen space, computer lab and program space. The landscaped site also includes a community garden, maintained by local community members in partnership with Denver Urban Gardens.
