Get ready to celebrate National Poetry Month and prepare for the upcoming Youth Poetry Slam at this interactive, fun workshop with Adams County Poet Laureate, Kerrie Joy!

Stretch your imagination and practice playing with words to create or fine-tune your poems. Experiment with different storytelling techniques in a safe, supportive environment that will help you gain skills to feel more confident at open mics, poetry slams, and other stage performances.

Appropriate for teens and young adults, about 24 years old or younger. This workshop will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration recommended.
