Join local artist Mamibel of Curious Papers to learn the origins of alebrijes and paint and decorate your own alebrije to join you on your summer quest.

These popular Mexican sculptures represent fantastical and bright animals that can be part-human and part-animal. Supplies for this program are handcrafted and therefore limited. Register each participant. If you are able to collaborate as a family on one alebrije that will allow more people to participate. This program will be held at the Thornton Community Park in the pavilions.
